Description

  • Manage the daily settlement pipeline and exception reporting for payment setup and clearing.
  • Communicate with creditors and agencies by phone and email to resolve payment exceptions and uncleared payments.
  • Collect required documentation and proof of payment from creditors, agencies, and payment processors.
  • Review banking ledgers to confirm fund availability and sufficient deposit account balances for payment remittance.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding departmental functions and activities.
  • Scan documents and attach them to client accounts in Salesforce.
  • Handle multiple priorities, tight deadlines, last-minute changes, and escalation issues with accuracy.
  • Prepare, type, proofread, and distribute correspondence and other documentation.
  • Complete special projects and additional assignments for Business Operations.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree preferred, or 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn and use company systems; Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer relations, phone etiquette, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
  • Reliable, punctual, positive, and cooperative when working with varied teams and management levels.
