Description

  • Manage risk and liability across sportsbook markets in line with trading and risk SOPs.
  • Price and trade markets in real time, including in-play and live betting.
  • Monitor news, injuries, lineups, and weather to adjust markets before and during events.
  • Set and adjust opening and closing lines based on market consensus and sharp movement.
  • Manage liability limits, exposure, and bet acceptance thresholds across accounts and markets.
  • Analyze daily reports to track customer profiling, hold rates, and trading metrics.
  • Collaborate with operations and trading tech to improve market coverage, latency, and customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience trading on a sports betting platform.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to calculate odds.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a passion for industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong critical thinking and comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to drive initiatives end-to-end with a high standard of excellence.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize flexibly.
  • Passion for a wide range of sports (preferred).
  • Experience in high-pressure, high-volume situations (preferred).
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including holidays and weekends when necessary.
