Description

  • Manage risk and liability for all esports games in accordance with Betr risk and trading SOPs.
  • Monitor league news and injuries and make real-time market adjustments.
  • Adjust Betr markets in coordination with market consensus.
  • Analyze daily reports to support player profiling and other key metrics.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Help manage odds throughout their lifecycle, from initial pricing to ongoing updates.
  • Work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when necessary.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience trading on a DFS or sports betting platform.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to calculate odds.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to ambiguity or change.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end.
  • Scheduling flexibility to work overnight hours, weekends, and holidays when needed.
