Description

  • Manage the risk and liability of esports games in line with Betr’s trading and risk procedures.
  • Monitor league news and injuries to make real-time market adjustments.
  • Adjust Betr markets in coordination with market consensus.
  • Analyze daily reports to support player profiling and monitor key metrics.
  • Collaborate with operations to improve the customer experience.
  • Use data to formulate and maintain accurate odds throughout the market lifecycle.
  • Support a fast-growing trading team building new products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience trading on a DFS or sports betting platform.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to calculate odds.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to ambiguity or change.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end.
  • Willingness to work a daytime shift from 8AM to 6PM local time.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays when necessary.
  • Experience or enthusiasm for the esports gaming industry.
