Description

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Create and curate engaging, brand-consistent content for social platforms.
  • Monitor trends, conversations, and community interactions to identify opportunities and manage engagement.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage clients.
  • Develop and implement SMS marketing strategies while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Track and analyze campaign and client engagement performance using analytics tools.
  • Collect client reviews and testimonials and collaborate with customer service on success stories.
  • Design marketing creatives and develop persuasive scripts for digital campaigns.
  • Address client inquiries and proactively engage in relevant conversations across digital touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with successful campaign execution and optimization.
  • Strong proficiency with marketing tools and familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience using social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
  • A strong creative portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and visually appealing creatives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to work in US time zones, including PST, EST, and CST.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Stable high-speed internet connection, preferably 25 MBPS or higher, with backup for outages.
  • Own PC or laptop with at least 8GB RAM and a Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher processor.
  • Windows 10 or newer, or macOS Catalina 10.15 or newer, with updated browsers, security software, and at least 500GB HDD or 128GB SSD storage.
  • Headset or earphones with noise cancellation and a webcam with 720p or higher resolution.
  • Designated quiet, well-organized workspace free from distractions.
