Description

  • Own the analysis of P&L statements and rent rolls.
  • Manage and update databases tracking investment sales activity, construction pipelines, and other real estate metrics.
  • Prepare financial analyses and market data for client-facing documents and presentations.
  • Present analyses and provide support to clients when needed.
  • Review industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic and demographic trends.
  • Conduct research and write market intelligence for marketing materials.
  • Prepare analytical results, including graphics and charts, in a clear and concise manner.
  • Build strong working relationships with team members to understand market intelligence needs.
  • Use market intelligence to develop compelling narratives for deals.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including exceptionally strong Excel modeling skills.
  • Experience with VBA and complex formulas.
  • Skilled in data analytics, including demographics, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas through writing and data visualization.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Commercial real estate knowledge or manufactured housing experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on a highly team-oriented platform.
