Description

  • Conduct bottoms-up company research using earnings releases, investor presentations, and regulatory filings.
  • Moderate teleconferences with Guidepoint network experts to produce actionable insights for buy-side and private equity clients.
  • Collaborate with the AI team to systematize diligence questions and automate fundamental research solutions.
  • Generate investment ideas and track key investor views across relevant European credit strategies.
  • Cover single-name corporates and analyze relevant capital structures and credit markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • 7+ years of deep fundamental analyst experience, ideally in private equity.
  • Bottoms-up, fundamental investment research approach focused on individual companies.
  • Prior experience covering single-name corporates on the buy-side or sell-side.
  • Familiarity with capital structure or credit analysis, particularly broadly syndicated loans or private credit/direct lending.
  • Exceptional professional written and spoken English skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Outgoing communication style and ability to engage with professionals at all levels.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity, time management, organizational, and teamwork skills.
