Description

  • Lead the design, implementation, and integration of SAP FS-PM solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Work across functional and technical teams to analyze, design, and improve business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Support project phases including requirements gathering, configuration, and testing.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions for end-users to support adoption of implemented solutions.
  • Bridge business needs and technical solutions across functional and technical workstreams.
  • Guide cross-functional teams and provide project leadership as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FS-PM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance and financial services industries.
  • Proven experience in both functional and technical roles.
  • Knowledge of SAP FS-PM configuration and customization.
  • Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management at all levels.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
