Description

  • Own Meta as the primary acquisition channel while supporting Google, Reddit, Snap, and Twitter/X as needed.
  • Build, launch, and continuously optimize prospecting and retargeting campaigns.
  • Manage budget allocation across platforms and campaigns to maximize ROAS and hit CPA targets.
  • Run a rigorous testing cadence across audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and placements.
  • Partner with Creative and Design teams to brief, iterate on, and evaluate ad creative performance.
  • Analyze creative data to identify winning concepts and guide the next round of production.
  • Develop clear messaging and positioning for the player audience based on performance insights.
  • Track, report, and interpret campaign performance against KPIs such as CPI, CPR, LTV, ROAS, and retention cohorts.
  • Build dashboards and recurring reporting for internal stakeholders.
  • Work with Product, Analytics, and Creative to align acquisition strategy with retention and monetization goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing paid social with hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager as a daily workflow tool.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads, including campaign structure, audience segmentation, pixel and Conversions API setup, creative testing frameworks, and algorithm optimization.
  • Functional working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, UAC, YouTube), Reddit Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Twitter/X Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into optimization decisions and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to evaluate ad creative from a performance lens and provide actionable feedback.
  • Experience running UA campaigns for mobile apps, games, or subscription products is strongly preferred.
  • Casino, competitive gaming, or live-service game experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with mobile measurement partners such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
  • Comfort working with incrementality testing and attribution methodology.
  • Experience using AI tools for ad copy iteration, creative testing at scale, or workflow automation is a plus.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
