Description

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain backend applications using GoLang, Python, and Java.
  • Build frontend features using Angular, HTML, and TypeScript.
  • Use Git, GitHub, and Jenkins to support version control and CI/CD workflows.
  • Develop and maintain SQL databases, including PostgreSQL.
  • Work with AWS cloud infrastructure and Terraform infrastructure as code.
  • Own the technical design, development, maintenance, and operational responsibilities for one or more projects or products.
  • Research and introduce new technologies through proofs of concept.
  • Mentor other team members and help accelerate their career growth.
  • Enforce team processes and help the team understand tradeoffs and benefits.
  • Contribute to modernizing systems that support CMS Hospital Quality Reporting.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience with GoLang, Python, Angular/TypeScript, and Java.
  • Frontend development experience with frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
  • Cloud experience, ideally with AWS.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code, ideally Terraform.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end automated CI/CD pipelines from code commit to production deployment.
  • Relational database experience.
  • Experience with AWS Lambda and AWS Glue, preferred.
  • Experience with Jenkins, preferred.
  • AWS certifications, preferred.
  • U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • U.S. residency for at least the past 3 years.
  • Ability to obtain and hold a Public Trust position, including successful completion of a U.S. government background investigation.
