Description

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain backend applications using Go, Python, and Java.
  • Build frontend features using Angular, HTML, and TypeScript.
  • Manage version control workflows using Git and GitHub.
  • Implement and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
  • Develop and maintain SQL-based relational database components, including PostgreSQL.
  • Work with AWS cloud infrastructure and infrastructure as code using Terraform.
  • Research and introduce new technologies through proofs of concept.
  • Own the technical design, development, maintenance, and operational responsibilities for assigned projects or products.
  • Mentor teammates and help accelerate their career growth.
  • Enforce team processes and help the team understand tradeoffs and benefits.

Requirements

  • Experience with at least 3 of the following: GoLang, Python, Angular/TypeScript, and Java.
  • Frontend development experience with frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
  • Cloud experience, ideally with AWS.
  • Experience working in Agile development methodology.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code, ideally Terraform.
  • Knowledge of fully automated end-to-end CI/CD pipelines from code commit to production deployment.
  • Relational database experience.
  • Experience with AWS Lambda and AWS Glue is preferred.
  • Experience with Jenkins is preferred.
  • AWS certifications are preferred.
  • US Citizenship or Green Card only; sponsorship is not offered.
  • US residency for at least the past 3 years.
  • Ability to meet requirements for a Public Trust position, including a successful US government background investigation.
