Description

  • Own the technical design, development, maintenance, and operational responsibilities for one or more projects or products.
  • Research emerging technologies, create proofs of concept, and introduce new technologies to the team.
  • Influence the broader team and contribute beyond a single workstream.
  • Mentor other team members to support their career growth and participation.
  • Enforce team processes and help the team understand tradeoffs and benefits.
  • Help modernize CMS systems while improving usability, reducing provider burden, and lowering costs to CMS.
  • Collaborate within a service design and product-thinking environment focused on healthcare outcomes.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory or lead experience.
  • Experience with Python.
  • Experience with React or Angular.
  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Broad experience with AI.
  • Preferred experience with Golang, GitHub, Jenkins, and/or Terraform.
  • Preferred experience with Pega.
  • US citizenship or Green Card required; sponsorship is not offered.
  • US residency for at least the past 3 years.
  • Ability to meet Public Trust requirements, including a successful US government background investigation.
