Description

  • Manage product efforts for CMS Hospital Quality Reporting systems supporting hospitals nationwide.
  • Translate user and business needs into digital product features and prioritized requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally in an agile environment with business, technical, and creative stakeholders.
  • Build trust and influence across complex stakeholder groups in a client-facing consulting context.
  • Define, write, test, and refine requirements, acceptance criteria, and definition of done.
  • Coach and mentor peers on agile frameworks and principles as needed.
  • Help modernize healthcare software to improve usability, reduce confusion, and streamline processes.
  • Support product decisions that reduce provider burden and CMS costs while improving care quality.
  • Collaborate with distributed teams in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience as a Product Manager building digital products in a cross-functional agile environment.
  • Expert knowledge of agile frameworks and principles.
  • Strong experience with requirements management, including defining, writing, and testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and definition of done.
  • Superior relationship-building skills in large, complex stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills across business, technical, and creative stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to drive progress in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience operating in a client-facing consulting or contracting role.
  • Experience releasing products in a SaaS environment.
  • Prior professional services, government, or federal consulting experience; federal or state contracting experience is highly preferred.
  • Formal training in agile delivery frameworks, including SAFe, is preferred.
  • 2+ years working on a remote team is preferred.
  • Experience in a rapidly growing small business or startup environment is preferred.
  • Experience building digital healthcare technology products and services is preferred.
  • Experience working in the public sector or a highly regulated industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with accessibility requirements is preferred.
  • Background in claims processing is preferred.
  • Healthcare experience in population health or payer experience is preferred.
  • US Citizenship or Green Card required; no sponsorship.
  • US residency for at least the past 3 years required.
  • Ability to hold Public Trust clearance and pass a US Government background investigation required.
