Description

  • Partner with Managers and Partners to staff client projects with the right talent mix.
  • Develop a deep understanding of consultants' skills, experience, and career goals to support meaningful assignments.
  • Maintain and monitor resource management system accuracy and reconcile planned allocations against actuals.
  • Curate and update the skills database by ensuring consultants refresh their profiles and identifying skill gaps.
  • Monitor timesheet compliance to support accurate KPI reporting and billing.
  • Support US campus and new hire onboarding and resource integration.
  • Maintain oversight of project health and resource utilization through timely reporting.
  • Proactively identify staffing and resource plan gaps and escalate them to senior leaders.
  • Build reports and ad-hoc analyses to answer staffing and business questions.
  • Translate complex metrics into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, resource management, or operations within professional services or management consulting environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets and recommend actions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas.
  • Strong capability with PowerPoint, Word, and other business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to incorporate and use new tools such as AI and AI Agents to solve problems.
  • Proven ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
