Description

  • Run end-to-end IT recruitment processes for a single client project, from sourcing to offer stage.
  • Research and source candidates using a variety of recruitment tools and channels.
  • Write job ads, feedback messages, and personalized outreach emails and messages.
  • Conduct recruitment interviews with developers, project managers, product owners, and testers, including initial technical assessment.
  • Support candidates and the client throughout the full recruitment process.
  • Act as a recruitment expert and day-to-day advisor for both client and candidates.
  • Learn the client’s organization, culture, and values in depth and maintain that understanding throughout the project.
  • Work within Bee Talents standards while collaborating directly inside the client’s internal structure.
  • Analyze and present recruitment data when needed to support strategy and decision-making.
  • Work with a team leader for support on planning, communication, and recruitment analytics when necessary.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably across more than one organization or in a recruitment agency.
  • Experience running end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer stage.
  • Very strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of work planning and delivery.
  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to operate with high autonomy.
  • Ability to follow both Bee Talents standards and client-specific standards.
  • Fluent English may be required depending on the project.
  • Ability to analyze and present data and draw conclusions.
  • Strong writing ability for personalized messages and job advertisements.
  • Availability to start within the next two weeks.
  • Experience in recruitment for large organizations, corporations, or startups is a plus.
  • Experience with sourcing test tasks or similar recruitment exercises is a plus.
