Description

  • Lead audits and reviews of clients’ financial statements.
  • Participate in advisory projects related to financial reporting and management accounting.
  • Support due diligence projects.
  • Prepare audit procedures and documentation in line with company standards.
  • Work daily with clients and support the statutory auditor in discussions with client management.
  • For the Manager role, lead a small team of up to 2 people.
  • Review documentation prepared by assistants.
  • Coordinate and manage several projects simultaneously while keeping deadlines on track.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in audit for the Senior Consultant role.
  • 4–5 years of experience in audit, including at least 1 year coordinating projects, for the Manager role.
  • Higher education, preferably in accounting, economics, finance, or STEM fields, or currently in the 4th/5th year of a master’s program.
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of accounting and practical experience gained in an audit firm.
  • ACCA or statutory auditor certification, or being close to obtaining it, for the Manager role.
  • Experience or natural aptitude for managing a small 2-person team and reviewing assistants’ work.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once and maintain timeliness.
  • Communicative Polish and English.
  • Readiness for business travel across Poland, from once a week to once every three months depending on the client portfolio.
