Description

  • Provide remote service support for clients using industrial automation systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues in PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems.
  • Program and support automation systems used in machine and process automation projects.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
  • Participate in internal testing activities and support automation project work.
  • Work in a shift-based service model supporting ongoing client operations.
  • Collaborate with technical and IT teams during project and support activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience programming PLC-based automation systems.
  • Experience in the chemical or food industry is required.
  • Knowledge of SIMATIC systems in the 300/400/1500 series and Siemens platforms.
  • Experience with Step7 and TIA Portal.
  • Higher technical education in automation, robotics, or a related field.
  • Availability to work in a shift system.
  • English proficiency at B2 level.
  • Basic knowledge of HMI/SCADA tools such as TIA/WinCC, PCS7, or InTouch is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industrial communication systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL databases and automation tools from other vendors, such as Allen-Bradley, is a plus.
  • German language skills or another foreign language are a plus.
