Description

  • Own the analytical and ML part of client projects, acting as both problem-solver and trusted advisor.
  • Analyze e-commerce, loyalty, behavioral, and transactional datasets to extract insights.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations and present them to clients.
  • Design, implement and deploy ML models (e.g., churn, segmentation, forecasting, scoring) and deliver at least one end-to-end ML solution to production.
  • Work with MLOps patterns and GCP components (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Cloud Run, pipelines) to operationalize models.
  • Build dashboards and reporting layers using BI tools such as Looker (Platform / LookML) or Power BI.
  • Lead analytical conversations with customers, defend recommendations, and translate technical results into business terms.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to shape full solutions and participate in workshops, scoping sessions, and pre-sales activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years working with SQL and Python (including pandas, seaborn, scikit-learn).
  • Experience delivering at least one ML model to production.
  • Understanding of MLOps on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and experience with BigQuery.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker (Platform / LookML) or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to communicate insights to clients.
  • Communicative level of English and Polish.
  • B2B contract availability and ability to work fully remote within Poland; flexible working hours between 08:00–18:00.
  • Nice to have: experience with data modeling, familiarity with R/tidyverse, experience with AWS or Azure, advanced statistics (A/B testing, inference), and predictive modeling in real business cases (e-commerce, churn, segmentation).
