Description

  • Represent the company in Poland and identify new clients and contractors in the offshore energy sector.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and partnership.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close commercial agreements on behalf of the company.
  • Manage and develop the offshore team of 6-7 people to ensure effective delivery and growth.
  • Strengthen the company’s market position and brand in Poland.
  • Collaborate with the German parent company and international stakeholders in regular English communication.
  • Co-create the long-term business strategy for the offshore division.
  • Support the development of the offshore business unit and its full client service scope.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience, including around 3 years in sales-related environments and 2 years in the wind industry.
  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development focused on long-term client relationships.
  • Proven managerial experience leading teams and running business operations.
  • Knowledge of the wind energy sector, with offshore experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong ability to create, execute, and analyze sales and business development strategies.
  • Long-term commitment to stable business growth rather than short-term commission-based sales.
  • Willingness to work locally is a plus.
  • Polish and English language skills at B2/C1 level.
  • Experience in offshore energy or related international stakeholder coordination is preferred.
