Description

  • Lead and coordinate BIM/VDC processes for large construction projects, primarily in the U.S. market.
  • Participate in coordination meetings with clients and general contractors.
  • Manage and resolve clashes and issues in 3D models.
  • Delegate tasks to international BIM/VDC teams and coordinate their work.
  • Review the quality of BIM models and technical documentation.
  • Verify and approve drawing production before client handoff.
  • Coordinate multiple projects at different stages and scales simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with teams producing electrical construction documentation.
  • Ensure deliverables align with construction schedules and client requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM/VDC on construction projects.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with electrical trade contractors.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
  • Experience coordinating BIM/VDC on the contractor or construction side, not only the design side.
  • Experience with large commercial or infrastructure projects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and technical teams.
  • Experience coordinating the work of other people or project teams.
  • Excellent organization skills, with the ability to delegate tasks and manage deadlines.
  • Very good English skills for daily work in an international environment.
  • Experience with data center projects is a plus.
  • Knowledge of scheduling, forecasting, or project budgeting is a plus.
  • Experience with other building systems is a plus.
  • Practical understanding of construction execution and constructability modeled systems is a plus.
  • Experience managing BIM/VDC across the full project lifecycle is a plus.
  • A portfolio of projects available for review during recruitment is a plus.
