Description

  • Lead development of React Native applications for iOS and Android.
  • Design and implement UX workflows for clinical trial participants and diagnostic patients.
  • Own app user experience, performance, reliability, and observability.
  • Integrate device capabilities through native iOS and Android BLE SDKs.
  • Collaborate with Devices, Platform, and Product Design teams on mobile capabilities.
  • Help define the mobile platform roadmap and technical direction.
  • Build EEG signal-quality validation, patient onboarding, and clinical compliance features.
  • Improve Expo-based build pipelines, release reliability, performance, crash reporting, and telemetry visibility.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of mobile development experience, including production React Native applications on both iOS and Android.
  • Strong TypeScript skills and familiarity with React Native, Expo, and GitHub.
  • Experience with app state management, offline-first data handling, and app store releases.
  • Strong product mindset with attention to UX, edge cases, and performance.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working collaboratively in an asynchronous environment.
  • Experience integrating BLE peripherals, sensors, or health data streams preferred.
  • Experience with Swift, Kotlin, or React Native native modules preferred.
  • Experience with medical devices, EEG, wearables, clinical trials, patients, or regulated environments preferred.
  • Open-source mobile or React Native contributions preferred.

Benefits

  • $150,000–$190,000 salary range, adjusted for experience, skills, and location.
  • Equity compensation.
