Description

  • Manage a team of enterprise sellers to generate pipeline, create demand, manage territories, and negotiate complex agreements.
  • Lead sales efforts with executive-level stakeholders through complex sales cycles and cross-functional consensus-building.
  • Drive customer ARR growth year over year through renewals, upsells, and cross-sell of new product lines.
  • Build and maintain sales forecasts by managing monthly projection and actuals models.
  • Provide field feedback to internal cross-functional teams and partner closely with demand marketing and presales resources.
  • Identify opportunities to expand team business and apply a strategic, detail-oriented sales approach.
  • Coach team members on account targeting, contact identification, demand generation, and opportunity execution.
  • Support modern outreach and demand generation tactics to improve pipeline creation and sales performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally selling to marketing and eCommerce buyers.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with complex negotiations and customer upsells.
  • Proven success selling to enterprise or executive-level stakeholders in complex sales cycles.
  • Experience coaching teams on generating, qualifying, and closing opportunities to exceed revenue targets.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies for target accounts and key contacts within those accounts.
  • Experience using two-way discovery to identify customer needs and align solutions accordingly.
  • Strong ability to articulate value and present a compelling vision that resonates with customers.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and navigate business practices, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Strong ability to create and communicate ROI during negotiation to maximize revenue potential.
  • Background check required as part of the hiring process.

Benefits

  • On-target earnings of $350,000 to $380,000 per year.
