Description

  • Define and develop Bask Health’s visual identity across its website, marketing channels, and product.
  • Design website experiences, sales collateral, social media assets, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop creative campaigns, content series, events, and unconventional ways to reach target audiences.
  • Use AI tools and LLMs to clarify ideas, conduct research, draft work, and accelerate execution.
  • Test designs with users and stakeholders, then iterate based on feedback and performance.
  • Document and share effective AI-native design workflows, prompts, and processes.
  • Collaborate openly with marketing, product, engineering, founders, and other stakeholders.
  • Support metrics-driven experimentation while maintaining a strong visual standard.

Requirements

  • Strong visual design skills with a portfolio demonstrating illustrative design and typography.
  • Extensive experience creating designs for web and digital platforms, with exposure to print design.
  • High proficiency with Figma and web design workflows.
  • Strong understanding of copy, headlines, and the relationship between words and visuals.
  • Experience working at product-led companies, ideally in SaaS.
  • Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS, including making simple changes in GitHub pull requests.
  • Experience with or interest in developing video design skills.
  • Comfort taking ownership in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments.
  • Willingness to share work early, seek feedback, and collaborate openly.
  • Interest in AI-first workflows and metrics-driven creative experimentation; this is not a UI/UX-focused role.
