Description

  • Build and deliver tailored technical demos and proof-of-concepts for prospective customers.
  • Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to help close deals.
  • Field technical questions on integrations, APIs, security, scalability, and data flow.
  • Address technical objections clearly and confidently during the sales process.
  • Scope and plan pre-onboarding requirements such as data migrations and custom integrations.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between prospective customers and the engineering team.
  • Develop and improve internal sales tooling, documentation, and technical collateral.
  • Specialize in key product areas and act as the go-to technical expert within the team.
  • Assist Customer Success Managers with enterprise onboarding scoping after the sale.

Requirements

  • Understanding of modern web architecture, including frontend frameworks like Next.js and React.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, serverless computing, and DNS.
  • Knowledge of how metered usage and subscriptions work in a complex SaaS product.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with APIs and integrations, including scoping custom technical requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills in demos, in writing, and under pressure.
  • Comfort working with a fully remote, globally distributed team.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset focused on resolving root causes of recurring issues.
  • Bonus: experience with SaaS and familiarity with telehealth and e-commerce.
  • Bonus: experience with monorepos and/or custom, complex CI/CD pipelines.
  • Bonus: prior Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering experience.
