Description

  • Ensure pharmacy-facing data for 50,000+ compounded medications is complete, accurate, and consistent across systems.
  • Identify and resolve mismatches between backend pharmacy instructions and internal records.
  • Maintain Bask’s internal medication taxonomy to support consistency and scalability.
  • Support vetting and onboarding of new pharmacy partners based on pricing, turnaround time, state licensure, medication offerings, and compliance.
  • Maintain partner records and keep onboarding and operational documentation current.
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for pharmacy partners and resolve minor operational issues.
  • Track and document compliance with NABP, DEA, and state-specific pharmacy regulations.
  • Flag potential regulatory risks or gaps and collaborate with leadership on escalation paths.
  • Contribute to internal compliance documentation, SOPs, and workflow improvements.
  • Log operational issues, support error and adverse event reporting, and participate in root cause analysis and remediation efforts.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare data systems, or EHR/PBM environments.
  • Exposure to compounding pharmacies or telehealth is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy regulations, including NABP, DEA, and state-level rules.
  • A detail-first mindset and comfort working with structured data and standardized formats.
  • Experience following or maintaining SOPs and reporting systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a startup or lean team setting.
  • Bonus: PharmD or clinical credentials are not required but are preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
