Description

  • Resolve customer concerns and solve interesting cases for Bask customers.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues alongside the engineering team.
  • Collaborate with other Bask teams to provide advice and assistance internally and externally.
  • Develop and improve internal tools with engineering support.
  • Specialize in selected product areas and own those areas within the team.
  • Improve existing documentation, processes, and policies, and identify opportunities to create new ones.
  • Assist Customer Success Managers with enterprise requests.
  • Help engineer solutions that address root causes and improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of modern web architecture, including frontend frameworks like Next.js and React.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, serverless computing, and DNS.
  • Understanding of metered usage and subscriptions in a complex SaaS product.
  • Experience engineering solutions to resolve root causes of recurring problems.
  • Experience with incident management and procedural communication.
  • Exceptional communication skills and an inquisitive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfort working with a fully remote, globally distributed team.
  • Availability to work within a weekend on-call rota.
  • Bonus: Preference for a Saturday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Sunday schedule.
  • Bonus: Experience with SaaS and a good understanding of telehealth and e-commerce.
  • Bonus: Experience with monorepos and/or custom, complex CI/CD pipelines.
