Description

  • Build strong relationships with Bask’s customers throughout the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, value realization, engagement, expansion, and renewals.
  • Partner with customer stakeholders to develop custom engagement initiatives that drive user adoption and support patient needs.
  • Manage current customer data and maintain accurate customer information.
  • Analyze customer engagement metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and value drivers.
  • Communicate insights and opportunities to key stakeholders using customer data and engagement metrics.
  • Deliver program demos and provide technical answers to customer questions.
  • Recommend creative ways for customers to get the most out of the Bask platform.
  • Work in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of varied tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, sales, and marketing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Services, or Customer Success at a SaaS organization.
  • Experience in e-commerce.
  • Experience managing a large or enterprise-sized customer book of business.
  • Creative problem solver with a strong determination to succeed.
  • Independent and motivated, with good judgment about when to ask for help.
  • Highly articulate with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable collaborating with teams across product, sales, marketing, and other functions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Comfortable working weekends.
