Description

  • Own and evolve core programmatic workflows, including planning, targeting, bidding, pacing, budgeting, and delivery.
  • Develop and apply AI/ML techniques to improve bidding optimization, budget pacing, forecasting, and ROI.
  • Partner with Engineering and Data Science to deliver high-quality execution and continuous product innovation.
  • Write product documentation such as Confluence pages, PRDs, and technical specifications to align engineering and stakeholders.
  • Deliver reporting, measurement, and attribution capabilities that improve transparency and performance insights.
  • Ensure platform reliability, low latency, and scalable real-time bidding and data pipelines.
  • Define and enforce privacy, compliance, identity, and data governance standards.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive adoption and monetization of DSP capabilities.
  • Lead the rollout of new DSP capabilities, including release planning, testing strategies, and enablement resources.
  • Manage technical debt and advocate for long-term architectural health while balancing velocity and maintainability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in a technical or platform-facing PM role.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with engineers on system design, APIs, data structures, and architecture trade-offs.
  • Ability to define QA plans as they apply to product requirements.
  • Proven ability to own the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy and solution design through requirements, stakeholder alignment, and go-to-market delivery.
  • Familiarity with backend systems, microservices, data systems and data models, and event-driven architectures.
  • Proficiency with SQL and comfort reviewing technical documentation and code snippets.
  • Experience launching internal tooling, APIs, or platform components that serve multiple teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex systems to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, identifying patterns across teams, and aligning on shared solutions.
  • Experience with advertising APIs, marketing automation, or ad tech platforms is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience building and managing ML/AI-powered features is a bonus.
  • Strong background in A/B testing and experimentation frameworks is a bonus.
  • Background in software engineering or a related technical discipline is a bonus.
