Description

  • Provide first-line support for customers and users.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with the products, services, and features in the platform.
  • Take full ownership of each support ticket from intake to resolution.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues reported by users.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve support requests.
  • Develop and maintain the knowledge base for the global IT Support team.
  • Test new functionalities before release.
  • Participate in additional projects aligned with personal strengths and skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the e-commerce sector.
  • Very good English skills, minimum B2 level.
  • Preferred knowledge of a second foreign language such as Spanish, Italian, French, or German.
  • Very good knowledge of the Base product.
  • Willingness to work night shifts from 20:00 to 4:00.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Very good organization skills for remote work.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and develop new digital skills.
