Description

  • Lead new client implementations on Base. from kickoff through operational launch.
  • Configure product workflows, including management, enrichment, and publishing.
  • Configure order workflows, including business rules, automations, and synchronizations.
  • Design and implement custom solutions for complex system architectures and advanced configurations.
  • Set up and validate external integrations with ERP, PIM, CMS, marketplaces, carriers, and payment solutions.
  • Handle data exchange setup, business mappings, integration testing, and functional validation.
  • Serve as the technical and functional point of contact for clients during projects and after deployment.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to support the technical sales cycle.
  • Work with Product and Tech teams to relay client needs and contribute to product evolution.
  • Document, optimize, and standardize implementation processes.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of e-commerce, ERP, logistics, and SaaS environments.
  • Strong experience with system integration.
  • Ability to design and understand complex architectures; basic coding knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in project management, including scoping, coordination, and follow-up.
  • End-to-end project management experience across scoping, execution, development, and deployment.
  • Comfort in a client-facing role with strong communication and teaching abilities.
  • Willingness and ability to work directly with clients on-site, including travel to offices and warehouses.
  • Solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset with the ability to quickly identify resolution paths.
