Description

  • Manage loan files from approval through closing with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Review loan documents for consumer and small business (QuickStep) loans.
  • Communicate with lenders, underwriters, customers, and other partners to gather information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Analyze and approve property insurance, title policies, and UCC searches in accordance with bank policy.
  • Coordinate with title companies, insurance agents, and third-party vendors to keep loan files moving.
  • Work with Lending Officers, Underwriters, and Credit Analysts to clear conditions and prepare loans for closing.
  • Maintain detailed system records and track file progress to meet service standards.
  • Identify issues early and recommend process improvements that improve efficiency and consistency.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2 or more years of experience in consumer or small business lending or processing required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Working knowledge of consumer and small business lending products preferred.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple files at once.
  • Comfort navigating lending systems such as nCino or Jack Henry.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal partners and customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot documentation discrepancies quickly.
  • Understanding of compliance expectations and loan policy requirements.
