Description

  • Support program planning and execution using program management best practices across multiple programs and teams.
  • Manage risks and dependencies throughout program delivery.
  • Contribute to portfolio management by supporting the delivery pipeline from intake and discovery through successful delivery.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment on program goals, strategy, scope, timelines, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Participate in technical requirements and design conversations with program teams.
  • Promote transparency, trust, lean value-driven approaches, and servant leadership across technical teams.
  • Maintain clear communication and regular status updates with stakeholders.
  • Partner with other TPMs on continuous cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in program, portfolio, and process management.
  • A combination of technical background and developing leadership skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort operating in high-uncertainty environments and synthesizing data from multiple sources into a structured program roadmap.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage by influence and resolve underlying issues, problems, and conflicts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Experience with Atlassian and Google product suites is a plus.
