Description

  • Collaborate with business and technical engineering teams to understand, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Manage and prioritize project backlogs to keep tasks moving efficiently and effectively.
  • Use Agile methodologies to define and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with development teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust priorities as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in discovery processes and produce documentation that supports future project phases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience with JIRA and Notion.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and stay focused on key objectives.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Experience as a PM will be evaluated.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Must be based in Latin America.
