Description

  • Maintain a poised, professional security presence that projects control, awareness, and approachability.
  • Welcome guests, clients, and employees with a composed, personalized arrival experience.
  • Anticipate visitor needs and provide direction, assistance, and seamless entry.
  • Manage access control, credentialing, and visitor verification in accordance with policy.
  • Monitor all individuals entering and exiting the space to maintain situational awareness.
  • Identify and address anomalies, incidents, or irregular activity with discretion and professionalism.
  • Engage executives and high-profile guests with confidentiality, tact, and emotional intelligence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Act decisively in response to security concerns while balancing warmth and authority.

Requirements

  • Background in security, hospitality, or high-end client service.
  • Strong understanding of access control and security operations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and situational awareness.
  • Ability to operate independently while remaining composed in all scenarios.
  • Ability to engage appropriately in high-visibility or executive settings.
  • Legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment may be required for some roles.
