Description

  • Develop branded content for Axios advertising partners in collaboration with the Branded Content Editor and revenue team.
  • Build and maintain thought leadership campaigns for brand partners in Axios’ Smart Brevity style.
  • Create native sponsored content for publication on the Axios website, in newsletters, and at events.
  • Conduct research on content topics across a wide range of brands when needed.
  • Craft original sponsored content with editorial guidance.
  • Align themes and messaging with client goals for advocacy, thought leadership, and brand marketing campaigns.
  • Write and edit content that handles dense, technical, or complex subject matter.
  • Participate in live interviews to support branded content creation and production.
  • Work on small creative teams to develop client-driven materials.

Requirements

  • Writing experience in a branded or editorial capacity.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to research and brainstorm themes and messaging aligned with client goals.
  • Passion for thought leadership and storytelling on behalf of brands.
  • Experience writing for social media platforms.
  • Comfort with live interviews for branded content production.
  • Ability to work with dense, technical, or complex subject matter.
  • Familiarity working on small creative teams.
  • Design or infographic skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to develop AI literacy and use AI tools in daily workflows.
