Description

  • Develop and manage influencer campaigns from concept through execution and reporting.
  • Support advertiser outreach and proactively pitch influencer collaboration opportunities to prospective and existing clients.
  • Define campaign objectives, identify and recruit relevant influencers, and ensure campaigns meet client goals.
  • Present Awin’s influencer offering to brands and agencies and tailor recommendations to each client’s objectives.
  • Support pitches, presentations, and proposals for advertiser opportunities.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with influencers, brands, and agencies to align on deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
  • Negotiate campaign fees and payment structures and manage campaign budgets.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and provide post-campaign insights and recommendations.
  • Recruit, onboard, develop, and train influencers using Awin’s Influencer Marketing Platform.
  • Create case studies, success stories, and best practice guides to support education and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working within the influencer marketing industry.
  • Strong pitching and presentation skills with the ability to communicate value propositions and gain stakeholder buy-in.
  • Confidence negotiating commercial opportunities, rates, and partnership structures.
  • Experience working with influencer platforms via an affiliate network, such as LTK, Metapic, or Stylink.
  • Ability to produce visually polished marketing collateral with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to tailor recommendations based on client marketing goals and analyse campaign performance data.
  • Experience managing influencer and client relationships from onboarding through optimisation.
  • Familiarity with working in an affiliate network environment or a similar setting.
  • Passion for influencer marketing, social media, creator trends, and the evolving influencer landscape.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities for brands and influencers.
  • Experience creating content or managing a social media community is advantageous but not required.
