Description

  • Execute TikTok Shop affiliate and social ambassador strategies aligned with client brand objectives and revenue goals.
  • Manage daily affiliate outreach through TikTok Shop Affiliate Center, messaging systems, and Discord communities.
  • Oversee social commerce initiatives across TikTok and Meta, including setup and ongoing optimization of social shops.
  • Track, analyze, and report on GMV, response rate, program growth, and overall profitability.
  • Develop affiliate commission strategies, forecasts, and goals using historical performance data.
  • Serve as a client liaison by providing campaign updates, insights, and optimization recommendations.
  • Stay current on industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to improve social commerce performance.
  • Use AI technologies to improve workflows and business processes.
  • Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem within the role.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media, with agency experience preferred.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency required.
  • Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center and the TikTok commerce suite, including the affiliate management system.
  • Experience with social ambassador programs and at least one sub-affiliate program; Impact experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage social media strategies for multiple clients across different industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
  • Previous experience managing social commerce initiatives on platforms like TikTok and Meta.
  • Experience managing performance-focused influencer campaigns tied to conversions, click-through rates, and ROI.
  • Ability to work independently and manage social media strategies autonomously.
  • Must be proactive in staying current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
