Description

  • Act as the primary account manager for strategic accounts and serve as the face of the company for key clients.
  • Support closing new opportunities within existing or growth accounts in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Conduct post-project follow-up calls and mid-project check-ins to strengthen client relationships.
  • Drive client referrals, advocacy initiatives, and proactive engagement to stay top-of-mind with accounts.
  • Organize office visits, trainings, and relationship-building initiatives across the region.
  • Manage client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate closely with Survey Directors and act as a backup to the delivery role when required.
  • Synthesize client and market feedback into insights for leadership and product teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, structured meeting summaries, and ongoing strategic account reporting.
  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns and outbound outreach to lapsed users, new teams, and new business units.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; quantitative disciplines such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Computer Science are a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in account management, strategic sales, or client relationship roles.
  • Prior exposure to consulting and/or private equity clients is strongly preferred.
  • An existing network in APAC is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort managing escalations and executive-level conversations.
  • Structured and disciplined approach to CRM hygiene and reporting.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive expansion within accounts.
