Description

  • Design and implement new product features across the frontend and backend.
  • Work on both new product development and enhancements to an existing codebase.
  • Collaborate closely with senior engineers, product managers, and leadership.
  • Participate in a rigorous code review process focused on quality and maintainability.
  • Own initiatives from idea through production in a remote-first, async-friendly environment.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript is required.
  • Experience with frontend development using React, Redux, TypeScript, and CSS.
  • Experience with backend development using Node.js, Express, and Python/Django.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with Docker, AWS, CloudWatch, and GitLab.
  • Experience with testing tools such as Jest, Enzyme, and Unitest.
  • Prior experience working remotely in high-performing teams.
  • Comfort working with a high code-quality bar, including longer review cycles and clean architecture.
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and minimal supervision.
  • Experience at an early-stage or fast-growing SaaS startup is preferred.
  • Previous exposure to complex B2B platforms is preferred.
