Description

  • Independently manage the Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria sales territory.
  • Support and expand relationships with existing customers, including pet retailers, specialist stores, and veterinarians.
  • Plan and execute customer visits, sales events, and trade fairs.
  • Acquire new business partners within the assigned sales territory.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies in the region.
  • Present and advise customers on the full product range.
  • Deliver sales campaigns, training sessions, and on-site product demonstrations.
  • Monitor the market and competition and coordinate closely with office staff.

Requirements

  • Experience in field sales or sales, ideally in the pet or FMCG sector.
  • Ideally based in Bavaria.
  • Valid class B driver's license.
  • Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and negotiation skills.
  • Independent, structured way of working and willingness to travel.
  • Calm and focused under challenging situations.
  • Friendly and convincing presence that inspires interest in the product range.
  • Enthusiasm for animals and their well-being.
