Description

  • Develop tailored Google Ads strategies in close collaboration with account strategists, media buyers, and other specialists.
  • Optimize client performance by leveraging the interaction between Google Ads and other channels such as Meta and Microsoft.
  • Create market analyses, competitor reports, and testing strategies to inform campaign decisions.
  • Focus on Google Ads Search and Shopping as part of the agency’s pull-strategy training and specialization.
  • Optimize campaigns using e-commerce knowledge, including Shopify and common online store setups.
  • Develop strategies based on market insights and target group analysis.
  • Analyze KPIs and create clear reports with actionable recommendations for long-term performance improvements.
  • Advise clients with data-driven recommendations to help them achieve their Google Ads and Shopping goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing and implementing scalable Google Ads strategies and managing high advertising budgets.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, with a focus on Search and Shopping.
  • Experience with campaign structuring, bidding strategies, budget control, and data-driven optimization.
  • Experience optimizing product data feeds and managing them in Shopping campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics such as ROAS, MER, AOV, and conversion rate.
  • In-depth knowledge of buying behavior and target group insights.
  • Ability to analyze data quickly and derive precise actions to improve performance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex campaigns in a structured way.
  • Strong German communication skills at C1 level.
  • Strong team spirit and willingness to support colleagues in achieving shared goals.
