Description

  • Concept and execute high-impact creatives for ads growth and marketing from brief to final delivery.
  • Use AI to speed up ideation, moodboarding, asset variation, copy iteration, and production polish.
  • Organize AIGC prompts and maintain an internal visual resource library to improve design efficiency.
  • Work fluently with generative AI tools across the design stack, including Figma AI, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini VEO, and Seedance.
  • Present creative work to stakeholders and advocate for design decisions clearly and confidently.
  • Collaborate with business development and local market teams to produce and iterate on ad creative.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5 years of experience in design with a focus on marketing, advertising, or performance creative, ideally in tech, fintech, or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Hands-on proficiency with AI image and animation creative tools.
  • Ability to translate AI capabilities into performing creatives and business outcomes.
  • Comfort working at speed in a remote environment while maintaining a high bar for work quality.
  • Experience partnering with business development and local market teams to produce and iterate on ad creative.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required to collaborate across multilingual, cross-regional teams.
