Description

  • Develop and execute a localized go-to-market strategy to drive revenue growth in France and Europe.
  • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities through direct sales, outbound efforts, and inbound leads.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through strategic partnerships, channel development, and alliances.
  • Develop relationships with system integrators, consultants, and technology partners to expand market reach.
  • Increase brand awareness through local marketing initiatives, events, and industry engagement.
  • Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and client meetings as a trusted enterprise SaaS partner.
  • Act as the voice of the local market by providing insights on customer needs, competition, and market trends.
  • Support localization efforts across product, pricing, and messaging.
  • Work closely with global marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles within enterprise SaaS or B2B technology.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing deals in the French or European market.
  • Strong network and experience working with partners, resellers, or system integrators.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a market from an early stage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
  • Experience working in international, cross-functional environments.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Experience in project management, collaboration tools, or productivity software is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a country leadership or regional commercial role is preferred.
  • Exposure to multi-market European expansion is preferred.
