Description

  • Prioritize and execute Avertium resources to support customer contracts and service delivery.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain CSAT objectives across assigned accounts.
  • Provide strategic account support using technical, operational, and industry insights.
  • Manage resource forecasting, staffing, and demand alignment for delivery teams.
  • Remove barriers that interfere with team execution and operational performance.
  • Build and maintain executive customer relationships and trusted advisor partnerships.
  • Resolve complex customer and account issues with significant business impact and escalate major issues with solutions.
  • Oversee financial execution of account programs, including budgets, forecasts, and corrective action plans.
  • Coach and manage teams to improve customer experience, reduce delivery costs, and strengthen trusted advisor status.
  • Identify and drive tactical projects and operational improvements that support business goals.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of contemporary Threat Detection and Exposure Management operations.
  • Experience with extended detection and response (XDR) solutions, preferably Microsoft Defender or SentinelOne.
  • Strong influence, negotiation, crisis management, and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and implement corrective action plans.
  • Ability to manage risk on high- to very high-risk projects.
  • Ability to develop and present high-impact messages to executive-level management.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to represent the company at external customer and industry events.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate global and virtual teams.
  • Customer-focused, process-driven, metric-focused, results-oriented, organized, self-directed, and able to multitask.
  • Preferred: executive-level customer relationship management experience; business management, financial, and contractual knowledge; quality and continuous improvement planning experience; project budgeting and forecasting skills; industry sector knowledge such as finance or manufacturing; BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent experience; 1-2 years managing professional or managed services engagements in information security/cybersecurity; 3-5 years of information security or cybersecurity experience; advanced analytical, organizational, project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
