Description

  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, frameworks, policies, and roadmaps.
  • Design and implement security controls and technologies such as SIEM, DLP, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
  • Design secure systems, networks, and cloud environments, and recommend controls for new technology implementations.
  • Lead and manage complex cybersecurity projects to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor and handle client concerns or escalations.
  • Research emerging cybersecurity trends and contribute to whitepapers, presentations, and internal training.
  • Create reports, presentations, diagrams, and implementation or integration plans and programs.
  • Evaluate client business challenges and provide innovative, cost-effective security solutions.
  • Work independently on tasks with limited requirements and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT audit, or a related role with increasing responsibility.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in network and system security concepts, including secure architecture design and/or secure coding practices.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to apply industry standards and best practices such as CIS, NIST, PCI, and HIPAA across IT, network, cloud, and enterprise architecture.
  • Experience in information security, cybersecurity, data security, network security, or related areas.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Azure cloud platforms, AWS, or GCP.
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender XDR, Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Security Center, Purview, Priva, Intune, Entra, or SharePoint.
  • Experience with CASB, IAM, PAM, PIM, SIEM, WAF, or SOAR solutions.
  • Experience with coding/scripting, DevSecOps, IaC, CloudFormation, ARM Templates, Jenkins, GitHub, or REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with ELK Stack, NoSQL, SQL, data warehouses, or data lakes.
