Description

  • Lead OT assessments, strategy engagements, and strategy, roadmap, design, and plan (SRDP) workstreams.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, site visits, technical deep dives, and executive working sessions using safe, non-disruptive approaches.
  • Assess OT assets, networks, control systems, dependencies, ownership, operational constraints, and maturity across people, processes, and technology.
  • Identify security, reliability, visibility, resilience, lifecycle, and single-point-of-failure risks.
  • Develop current- and future-state architectures, maturity assessments, prioritized roadmaps, and executive-ready recommendations.
  • Analyze ICS and OT architectures, IT/OT connectivity, segmentation, remote access, monitoring, recovery, and security controls.
  • Lead technical consultants and client resources, review deliverables, and mentor team members.
  • Partner with project managers, account teams, and other practices to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Support business development through discovery, scoping, estimates, proposals, and technical presentations.
  • Develop reusable OT methods, templates, reference architectures, thought leadership, and client briefings.

Requirements

  • 10+ years delivering complex technology, cybersecurity, network, or engineering solutions, including significant OT or ICS experience.
  • Experience leading OT or ICS assessments, architecture, segmentation, cybersecurity, or modernization engagements.
  • Strong knowledge of control-system architectures and industrial protocols, including Modbus, DNP3, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, or OPC UA.
  • Deep OT networking and security expertise, including routing and switching, firewalls, industrial DMZs, segmentation, remote access, identity, and monitoring.
  • Ability to balance technical decisions with safety, availability, production continuity, maintenance windows, and OT lifecycle needs.
  • Experience creating architecture diagrams, maturity assessments, prioritized roadmaps, and executive presentations.
  • Experience facilitating workshops with plant-floor stakeholders through executive leadership.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams, delegate work, review deliverables, and mentor others.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience, with willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Preferred: familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NIST CSF, NERC CIP, industry regulations, OT security tools, IT/OT convergence, or certifications such as GICSP, GRID, CISSP, ISA/IEC 62443, CCNP, or CCIE.
