Description

  • Establish credibility with clients by providing senior-level social media strategy and clear communication.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals and healthcare industry trends.
  • Oversee creative standards across digital, print, audio/visual, and social media deliverables.
  • Review, approve, and adjust finished social media content to ensure strategic, creative, and compliance alignment.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director, account services, traffic teams, and other departments to execute campaigns efficiently.
  • Use analytics and KPI tracking to evaluate performance and optimize social media campaigns.
  • Research emerging social media trends, tools, platforms, and healthcare marketing regulations to inform strategy.
  • Participate in leadership discussions on staffing, resources, and project timelines.
  • Oversee social media reputation management and crisis response for sensitive healthcare topics.
  • Lead and guide internal teams and freelance artists to maintain consistency and quality across deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in social media strategy.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Proven experience creating and executing social media campaigns that deliver business results.
  • Experience using analytics platforms such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance issues affecting social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, content management systems, and email marketing tools.
  • Experience with paid social advertising, including strategy, budget management, and ROI tracking.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, team management, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

  • $170,000 - $215,000 annual salary.
