Description

  • Lead engagement strategy for an assigned account or book of business.
  • Mentor, develop, and manage engagement strategists and direct reports.
  • Partner with cross-functional leads in creative, brand strategy, technology, media, analytics, account, and project management to improve processes and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop strategic insights, briefs, and tactical plans to support client work.
  • Provide strategic guidance on channel and message mix for internal teams and external partners.
  • Serve as a thought leader by writing POVs and blog articles.
  • Lead training sessions and client workshops on best practices, emerging trends, and innovations.
  • Support project planning, including scopes, staffing, and resourcing.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in digital strategy, engagement strategy, multichannel marketing/strategy, or a related field.
  • Health or pharma experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Experience mentoring and developing direct reports.
  • Ability to read and interpret data and provide recommendations.
  • Ability to craft unique and compelling stories using data and complex principles.
  • Ability to provide, articulate, and defend points of view, guidance, and direction.
