Description

Manage one large multi-faceted project, account, or campaign, or multiple projects simultaneously.
Lead and support a Project Manager, Associate Project Manager, or team of Project Managers.
Collaborate with agency teams to establish project plans, staffing plans, and resource allocation.
Serve as the communications hub between agency teams and partners supporting assigned accounts and projects.
Ensure accurate forecasting across all projects on assigned accounts.
Develop timelines and estimates, and manage projects to stay on schedule and within budget.
Work with Creative Services and Business Leadership partners to plan creative resources, estimates, and budgets.
Provide regular status updates and communicate proactively with internal departments.
Enforce agency processes and provide constructive feedback to teams.
Analyze process improvements and recommend systems or software changes to improve efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of project or account management experience in a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency required.
Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions required.
Experience developing timelines and managing budgets required.
PC and MS Office Suite software experience required.
Self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, and highly communicative.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience managing or mentoring other project staff preferred.
