Description

  • Manage one large multi-faceted project, account, or campaign, or multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Lead and support a Project Manager, Associate Project Manager, or team of Project Managers.
  • Collaborate with agency teams to establish project plans, staffing plans, and resource allocation.
  • Serve as the communications hub between agency teams and partners supporting assigned accounts and projects.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting across all projects on assigned accounts.
  • Develop timelines and estimates, and manage projects to stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Work with Creative Services and Business Leadership partners to plan creative resources, estimates, and budgets.
  • Provide regular status updates and communicate proactively with internal departments.
  • Enforce agency processes and provide constructive feedback to teams.
  • Analyze process improvements and recommend systems or software changes to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of project or account management experience in a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency required.
  • Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions required.
  • Experience developing timelines and managing budgets required.
  • PC and MS Office Suite software experience required.
  • Self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, and highly communicative.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience managing or mentoring other project staff preferred.
