Description

  • Manage a large multi-faceted project, account, or campaign, or multiple projects at once.
  • Lead and coordinate a Project Manager, Associate Project Manager, and/or team of Project Managers.
  • Collaborate with agency teams to establish project plans, staffing plans, and resource allocations.
  • Serve as the communications hub between agency teams and agency partners on assigned accounts or projects.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting across all projects on assigned accounts.
  • Develop timelines, manage estimates, and keep projects on time and within budget.
  • Work with Creative Services and Business Leadership partners to plan resources, budgets, and estimates.
  • Provide continuous status updates and maintain open, constructive communication across departments.
  • Own and enforce agency processes while recommending improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Provide performance input for employees across departments and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 5+ years of project or account management experience in a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency is required.
  • Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions is required.
  • Experience developing timelines and managing budgets is required.
  • PC and Microsoft Office Suite experience is required.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects and/or multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing team members or project managers is required.
  • High attention to detail and tactful, assertive communication style are preferred.
